Our story..
Bersini Meccanica was founded by Bersini family
in 1978 in Travagliato, a town located near
Brescia city and close to the motorway exits
OSPITALETTO and Brescia West. The company
started its business following the guidelines
of the first born, Marco, in a small building of
about 250 sqm, performing turning and milling
third-party processing by means of automatic
machines. In 2002, Cominardi Massimo joined
the company and with the passing of time thanks
to the efforts of those two partners, Bersini
Meccanica developed on an area of about 1000
square meters, thus also expanding the range of
processes introducing modern machineries that
allowed it to work in turning up to a diameter of 700mm
and the working centers are able to work components with special dimensions up to 2000x810x810.
Over the years Bersini Meccanica has gained a
more and more conscious experience in the processing
of various types of materials, from the
most simple ones, which are aluminum, steel,
cast iron ... to the most technical ones, such as
steel, F51-F53-F55 and even inconel, Hastelloy
etc. All this was reached in order to meet the
various needs of the customers operating in different
sectors, but the company had its leadership
in the processing of those components used
in valves / Oil & Gas sectors.
Bersini Meccanica produces series parts and
samples for any sector and in any material; turning
and milling processing are generally made using
high precision lathes and machining centers.
Bersini Meccanica staff is trained and
specialized in this field and thanks to special
codes allows the machines to work components
for the satisfaction of its customers.
The equipment is made up of lathes that
allow you to work flanges up to a maximum
of 700mm, and a shaft-length up to
1100mm, the working centers are able to
work components with special dimensions
up to 2000x810x810.
